Members present: Brandon Higgins, Wendy Shumaker, Bob Young, Tiffany Rigell, Stephanie Rzonca, Amy Bridges, Danielle Jones

Members absent: Bill Coxe, Steve Govus Others Present: Hannah Bundy, Becca Allen, Richard Thompson

1. CALL TO ORDER
   Brandon Higgins called the meeting to order.
2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
   June 13 Minutes Bob Young made a motion to approve the minutes as presented. Tiffany Rigell seconded the motion. Motion passed unanimously.
3. OFFICER REPORTS
   Treasurer’s report Wendy Shumaker delivered the treasurer’s report. 501c3 status is official as of July 8, 2019. Funds have been transferred from Foothills Connect into the BARN general fund – $15,014.31.
