Members Present: Wendy Shumaker, Bob Young, Brandon Higgins, Tiffany Rigell, Hannah Bundy, and Stephanie Rzonca

Members Absent: Steve Govus, Bill Coxe, Danielle Jones Others Present: Russ Burnick

1. CALL TO ORDER
   Mr. Brandon Higgins called the meeting to order. Mr. Higgins amended the agenda so that an additional item under New Business would be to set member terms. Ms. Wendy Shumaker made a motion to approve the agenda as amended. Ms. Hannah Bundy seconded. Motion carried unanimously.
2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
   Ms. Stephanie Rzonca announced that minutes were emailed on January 25 with the other vendor announcements. Ms. Hannah Bundy made a motion to approve the minutes. Ms. Wendy Shumaker seconded. Motion carried unanimously
