- CALL TO ORDER
Mr. Brandon Higgins called the meeting to order. Ms. Hannah Bundy announced that the meeting is recorded. Mr. Higgins distributed copies of the agenda, the Articles of Incorporation, and Bylaws.
Mr. Higgins amended the agenda so that the first item of business would be to decide whether or not to move forward with the process of pursuing a 501(c)3 status. - MOVE FORWARD WITH 501(C)3
Mr. Steve Govus made a motion to go forward with a 501(c)3 and everything that it entails. Seconded by Ms. Wendy Shumaker.
Motion carried unanimously.
